At Women's Global Health Innovations, we always aim to provide solutions that truly improve your life. We want you to be happy with your bfree cup, or bfree product, and confident that we have your back if you aren't. If you believe you have the wrong size cup or need some guidance or tips on using it, please reach out at help@bfreecup.com. We will figure it out, together, whether that means a different size or adjusted technique. Together, we improve future user experience. The bfree cup is regulated as a medical device, and as a result we cannot accept any refunds on our products. However, we always send replacements in case of any defect in the cup, just let us know within 60 days of receiving it.

It can take time to learn to use any menstrual cup. Aside from our guides, which we will always improve and expand, there are numerous online resources that can be found and we are happy to direct you there. We are an education program development company as much as a maker of cups, and we are aiming at bringing more our educational material online, both for our customers, and to offer distance education on menstrual, sexual and reproductive health and rights.
