Hey there, period pals! Get ready to meet your new bestie: the Bfree Cup in an adorable Watermelon Pink! The Size 1 Bfree Cup holds up to 15mL of menstrual blood and is perfect for first timers and those with light flows. This little gem is the first menstrual cup that doesn't need any boiling to stay squeaky clean, all while being made of 100% medical-grade silicone. How cool is that?
Picture this: the Bfree Cup just chilling in your vagina, collecting your period blood like a boss during your menstrual cycle. When it's full, you simply empty, rinse, and reinsert. Easy peasy! The Bfree Cup's antibacterial technology means you don't have to go through the whole boiling rigmarole like other cups. And when you're ready to bid farewell to your cup (woohoo!), just give it a quick rinse and wipe, and you're good to go!
Now, let's talk about why the Bfree Cup is your vagina's new BFF:
When you get your hands on a Bfree Cup, you'll also score a bag made from 100% recycled materials (because we love Mother Earth), a handy user guide, and a reusable tin. It's like a little period party in a box!
So, what are you waiting for? Join the Bfree Cup squad and experience a whole new level of period freedom, all while doing your part to save the planet!
I bought this cup thinking the material will be a little bit softer. However the silicon is rigid and hard to fold for insertion. Because of this, the cup usually doesn't end up sitting or opening up correctly. This has been a put off for me after using it for 4-5 months now.
I've used other menstrual cups with softer materials that folds and opens up correctly once inserted.
I bought bfree for the "tech" that it doesn't need to be boiled and the material is antibacterial.
I've been using menstral cups for over a decade, had many different types and brands. I was really excited about this brand as I heard good things and thought the comments about it being unusable were from people who were new to them. But I was wrong. The plastic is so tough that it flicks open before it could be put in fully. I tried numerous times to make it work until it injured me (DIDN'T need that too). It was past the return window so I've just left it in my drawer. I would absolutely NOT recommend it.
Quiz recommended the medium size which is too big for me. unfortunately I can't afford to buy another one as the first one even was a gift. I can use it on the first day of my period but that's about it. But when I can use it, it works!
It's a great Cup, sturdier than the previous ones I had of the bfree cups (the clear ones of sizes 0 & 1). However I wish they still came in size 0...my flow is sometimes very light and i haven't had children, so the size 1 cup feels big and at times doesn't fit right (begins to protrude out despite repositioning). Please bring back size 0, there is a want and need for that size...other than that, I love the cup and will continue to use it!
This was the second cup I tried after wearing OrganiCup for about 4 years. I chose it purely because of the no boiling situation. For me personally the downside I think is the folding method. Due to the rigidity of the cup, only the push down method works and it can be really tricky to get the cup to open sometimes. After 2 years of using it, I'm looking for other options.
