Learning Curve

I LOVE my DivaCup but hate that it only comes in clear. I found that bfree was the closest that comes in other colors. I like it a lot, I would prefer for it to be a bit firmer. I can’t fold the bfree cup like I can my other cup and still get it to open easily upon insertion. But, otherwise I love it.

AMAZING!!

The bfree cup has replaced my original cup and I am NOT going back! Material somehow soft but sturdy, antibacterial, women owned, amazing cause we are supporting when purchasing, amazing customer service…what more can we ask for!?! I am getting my sisters and friends to all switch to the bfree cup :)

Great Product Overall

It is a great product overall, however it is much longer/taller than the other menstrual cups I have used, so I feel like the sizing is wrong. I wish it where a little wider to maintain capacity, but not have the bottom of the cup so close to my vaginal opening. I also wish it was a little more ridged. I don't like having to be careful about making sure it opens. I love how easy it is to clean though, and that is doesn't stain. I like the little bumpy nub at the bottom for pulling it out. I will probably order a size Small instead of the Medium though because I guess my cervix is lower than I thought. It hasn't been an issue with other cups in the medium size, but it seems like these cups are taller than I am used to.

Size advice inaccurate & not for inexperienced users

My old Organicup was due for replacement and I liked the idea of not having to boil the cup every time, so I looked into the bfree cup. I asked for advice via the chat and was persuaded that a size 2 (which was out of stock) was the right size, although my gut told me this would be too big. I gave them the size of the old cup I used (and told them I had to trim down the stem), and they still insisted size 2 would be best. So after weeks of waiting for the size 2 to come back in stock, I ordered a package with a size 2 and 1. Guess what: the size 2 is too big!
I can barely get the size 1 in deep enough before it pops open, it really is difficult to insert - and I used a cup for years! I know there's a learning curve with these things, but if someone who has plenty of experience with cups has such difficulty with this brand, I can't even begin to think what someone who is new to cups must think.
However, since the material is superior to my old cup, and if you do manage to get it inserted correctly, it is comfortable (if you have the right size), so I'll give it 4 stars with the side note to size down and not try to insert it when you're in a rush!

Great product

First cup I have ever used and after a lot of research and finding other women who have similar medical concerns and have had kids and struggle with pelvic floor weakness I can across bfree and their multi size cup pack. I ordered a 2 and a 3. I found that the 2 works and doesn’t leak but the 3 was surprisingly more comfortable and I didn’t have to keep pushing it back in after moving around a lot. I have an active lifestyle so having one that doesn’t need adjusted is a big plus. And the fact it comes in a reusable storage tin and a small bag for travel is very convenient. Because of medical issues I have my cycle can be a bit unpredictable and having one in my bag ready with some period panties in the bag provided is perfect aid to keep me worry free and live a more normal life style, being able to go out without fret.
