Shipping policy
All orders are shipped between 1-3 business days of being received. We currently provide shipping options to every country Canada Post sends parcels to. Due to the nature of international shipping, especially under Covid-19 restrictions, we can not provide guaranteed delivery date estimates to our global customers. Canadian customers can expect their package within 1-5 business days, and use the provided tracking code. International orders are only tracked when a tracked shipping service is selected - therefore, free global shipping is not trackable.
