Sizing & Fit
The smallest Bfree Cup is no less mighty than the 2 and 3. In an exciting watermelon colour, the Bfree Cup 1 could be the one cup for you. A minimum of 15mL before any risk of overfilling, means even our smallest cup has you covered. Pair it with a 2 and stay prepared for those extra long days and those extra heavy flows.
Care & Maintenance
Wash with clean water and mild soap between uses, and as required. Avoid harsh chemicals and strong scents - silicone can absorb powerful smells. See more in the product FAQs and reach out to us with any more specific questions. We love one-on-one guidance. Its what we do here.

Scented Cup With No Resolution After Weeks

I was hopeful about trying the Bfree menstrual cup, but my experience has been very disappointing. The original cup arrived with a strong, unpleasant fragrance that did not fade despite multiple washes and vinegar soaks. Concerned, I contacted customer support and they kindly offered to send a replacement.

However, it has now been several weeks, and I still have not received the replacement cup or any further updates. Meanwhile, the strong scent issue remains unresolved, and I have not been able to use the product.

Given the persistent scent problem and the lack of follow-through on the promised replacement, I cannot recommend this product or brand at this time. I hope Bfree improves both product quality and customer service in the future.

No boiling is bliss

Insertion and removal gets easier over time; the rather sturdy silicone makes folding the cup a lot trickier; still working on the correct placement so it won’t move anymore. Have to adjust my decade-long cup routine in certain ways, but not having to worry about boiling it is certainly worth it. Volume comparable with other available medium-sized cups.

A little stiff but certainly secure

The cup is stiffer than the previous brand I used, it makes it a little harder to put in, but it feels very secure once in place.

It's okay I guess

I bought this cup thinking the material will be a little bit softer. However the silicon is rigid and hard to fold for insertion. Because of this, the cup usually doesn't end up sitting or opening up correctly. This has been a put off for me after using it for 4-5 months now.

I've used other menstrual cups with softer materials that folds and opens up correctly once inserted.

I bought bfree for the "tech" that it doesn't need to be boiled and the material is antibacterial.
